Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

We ship from Madeira, Portugal to:
- Portugal
- European Union

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method.
Tracking
When available, we provide tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link once your order has been shipped.

Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are provided as guidance and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing (where applicable).
Incorrect address / failed delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we can reship it once received back. Additional shipping costs may apply.
Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please email silvaverde.info@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and items, so we can assist.
