Hygiene & Safety Exemption For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of soaps, cosmetics, or lip balms that have been opened or used. Diminished Value You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
