2. Products
Silva Verde sells natural cosmetics products, including handcrafted soaps, lip balms and shampoo bars, pharmacist-formulated in small batches. All products are manufactured in Portugal.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. We reserve the right to change the composition, packaging or availability of products without prior notice.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices shown include VAT at the applicable legal rate. Silva Verde reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
We accept the following payment methods:
- MB Way (via Easypay)
- Credit/debit card
- Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay
Payment is processed securely. Silva Verde does not store credit card data.
4. Orders
After payment confirmation, you will receive an order confirmation email. Silva Verde reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped via CTT Express to mainland Portugal, Madeira and the Azores. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location and carrier availability.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.
6. Returns and Refunds Policy
You have the right to return any product within 14 days of receipt, without justification, provided the product is in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at silvaverde.info@gmail.com. Return costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or shipping error.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
7. Warranty and Defective Products
All products have a 2-year legal warranty of conformity. In case of a defective product, contact us immediately at silvaverde.info@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including texts, images, logos and design, is the property of Silva Verde and is protected by copyright. Reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Silva Verde is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of its products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent Portuguese courts.
11. Changes to Terms
Silva Verde reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
