Return & Refund Policy (Silva Verde)

You have 30 days after receiving your order to contact us about a return: silvaverde.info@gmail.com (please include your order number).

Hygiene notice: For safety reasons, we do not accept returns of soaps, cosmetics, or lip balms if they have been opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return (processing times may vary by bank).
