Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

Step 1 — Complete and submit the withdrawal request form below.
Step 2 — Confirm your request by providing your name and order details. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after submitting.

  • Order number
  • Product(s) you wish to return
  • Date of receipt

Return costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
